The DJ and facilitator for Medicine Disco, Michael V, is a highly trained and experienced dance-music story teller and fitness professional, who is allergic to anything performative. The music he uses is nuanced but connected - meant to be both visceral and ethereal. You’ll feel like you danced your way through the coolest movie from beginning to end. His guidance on the mic pendulates through kitten soft, to jokester, to aerobic instructor, to emotional cheerleader.
“... this guy tells a rich story with music …”
“ .. Michael made me feel safe in my body …”
“ … I stopped going to ecstatic dance type things after a bad culty experience and I loved Medicine Disco…”
“... I thought I needed the scene and the substances of the clubs to dance this hard, until I went Medicine Disco…”

This experience will be a chance to be immersed in sound and to be intimately held by it.

Ease into the day with a gentle, heart-opening morning practice designed to ground the body, awaken the senses, and invite fresh energy for the day ahead.
In this multi-facilitator experience, you’ll be guided through grounding movement, subtle energy work, and live music woven together to create a nourishing and restorative start to your morning. As the body awakens and breath deepens, Reiki practitioners will offer supportive energy work while live music creates a spacious and uplifting atmosphere.
Together we’ll root into the earth, reconnect with ourselves, and rise into the day feeling centered, open, and energized.
-
A workshop designed for mapping out the heart meridian, working with acupressure points and yogic hand mudras to support the physiological and spiritual heart, as well as practices that soften and deepen our connection to heart center.

This class is an exploration of the body’s subtle energy system, designed to restore vitality from the inside out. Through conscious breathwork, fluid movement, and rhythmic, lymphatic-focused sequences, we invite prana to circulate more freely through the inner channels, supporting both physical and energetic clearing.
Drawing from Tibetan and Kundalini yoga and contemplative practice, the sequence gradually opens the joints, softens areas of holding, and encourages the release of stagnation. The lymphatic system—so essential for detoxification and immune resilience—is stimulated through intentional movement and breath, helping the body cleanse and renew itself naturally.
By unwinding knots in the physical body, there is a parallel refinement of awareness. The practice becomes a meditation in motion, where breath, sensation, and attention begin to synchronize. This harmonization supports a more spacious, clear, and grounded state of being.
You may experience:
Increased energy and a sense of lightness
Improved circulation and lymphatic flow
Greater joint mobility and ease of movement
Reduced inflammation and tension
A deeper connection to breath, body, and present-moment awareness
This class is accessible to all levels and offers a nourishing reset for the nervous system—leaving you feeling clear, open, and reconnected to the subtle flow of vitality within.

Our world has conditioned us to interpret our lived experience primarily through the sense of sight. And especially in Western culture, we are more conditioned to talk than we are to listen. But there is more to life than what we see and what we say.
Kemetic priests utilized sound as a sacred tool, primarily through rhythmic chanting, vowel intonation, and the use of ritual instruments to communicate with deities and maintain cosmic order (Ma'at). Ancient Indic sages hold sound is the primordial, creative force of the universe. Sound is a (spanda) vibration that shapes consciousness, heals the body and acts as a bridge between the physical and the divine. And with all the noise and words in our society right now, we need more practices with sound, silence and focused attention.
This workshop will use sounds from the voice, the body and sacred instrumentation to explore the wisdom that lives beyond words and in the space between sound and silence. In this experience, participants will receive:
An embodied understanding of subtle body practices.
An experience of deep meditation and pratyahara
An opportunity to consider how sound may inform their teaching and personal practices.
-
A space to reconnect with your sense of play, curiosity, and childlike wonder. Through lighthearted games, movement, and group experiences, we’ll explore what it feels like to let go, be silly, and fully enjoy the moment.
Come as you are, no pressure, no performance, just an invitation to laugh, connect, and remember how good it feels to play and be free!
